Swimming and Fun

Thursday morning Jon and Tina left to head up to Mackinac Island. It was just me and all 4 kids!! Let the fun begin! We kinda just hung out for while and then we headed to my work so that everyone there could meet the kids(SInce I am always talking about them and have pictures of them everywhere). We were at work for a little while, meeting people, going downstairs, the secret way. :) Then it was back home. Time to fill up the swimming pool. It took ALOT of blowing on my part, but it was fun. Oh yes, the kids were always good and keep asking if they had been good, becuase before Uncle Wes left for the day, he said that if they were good, there would be a surprise for them when he got home. :0) Worked very well for me. Kolby is potty training right now. Which nevering having kids before and having 4 all of a sudden and then potty training one of them was not enough. Fun fun!! He did have a little accident, but that was becuase aunt Jodi forgot to have him go potty. Oh well.
The pool got up fine and we started filling it and had lunch. Went to get in the water and it was COLD!!! Imagen for the Arizona boys how cold it was.
WE had to get hot water or fire as the boys called it. To put in the cold water to make it warmer. I know it does not help, but it was the idea and kept them running and burned some energy. :0) So finally they thougt it was warm enough and would jump in and out. Then we got some water balloons, How much fun was that!! It was a blast. The boys had fun, and Miss Sarah was content to just sit in the chair and hang out. It was good.
Waited for uncle Wes to get home and had pizza for dinner. Then it was SURPRISE time. Uncle Wes told the boys they were going to build a fort and then go get icecream.
The boys has fun, getting all of uncle Wes nail buckets out and blankets and keeping it a secret. Sarah and I hung out in the living room and played with uno cards. It was a fun time for all. :0)
Ice cream time was good, went to DQ and everyone got thier own ice cream. Went home and time for bed. For some reason, there was no problem going to bed. the boys were a sleep very fast, no fussing or anything. then Miss Sarah went down. Not to much crying, like 5 min.
Over all it was a good day. Only had to call Tina 2 times I think becuase Sarah and Kolby did not want to take naps, but it was a good first day with 4 kids.
