ANTS EVERYWHERE

Like the title above? Well, I am sure you can guess what it means. I got home yesterday from work and there were about 10-15 CARPENTER ants in my kitchen. These mugs are not small in anyway. Normally, they are out on our back porch, cuz they live there. But they have found thier way into my KITCHEN!!!
I could not handle it, they were crawling on my counters, walls spices, ceiling and they just kept coming. I don't know if you have ever seen carpenter ants. They are big mugs!! they look like this size O O O<.
Now how would you like to have a bunch of them crawling all over your kitchen. I know they are just ants, but they got on my meat, I had to throw that out and i was just confused and flustered.
I know they are just ants, but it was bad, I cant handle ants of any kind. Don't mind spiders or anything other pests, but NO ants. Not sugar ants taht you can hardly see or big mugs like theses one. NO ANTS for me thank you.
I tried calling my older sis, Tina, to see if she could calm me down, becuase she HATE all crawling things. And killed a wasp for the first time in a long time by herself. I thought she could support me, becuase you know, she is crazy like I was at the time. But she was not home. So I attemped to call my parents, Tina calls my parents for support when she has roaches or other living things in her house, but my parents phone was busy.

I was on my own, my husband was hours away, so he could only talk to me on the phone and was having a bad day at work, so had to end that conversation.
I did handle the bugs and got the ant traps out. HAHA killed those suckers. I did smash all the ones I could find, they don't kill very easy. Then pulled out the ant traps and HA they hopefully will not come back for awhile.

I understand some of you might be thinking, what is her deal, they are just bugs, but when you have a low mental day, or just a down day and you are just waiting for the last straw, let me tell you, your last straw will one day, be a bug. I guarantee it. I never thought I would be calling my sister for support over a bug, but I did. ( she did call me back later as an ant was attempting to come out of it home and looked around and then left. She did help me laugh and I am sure she is enjoying this too. ;o)
Enjoy yourself today and hope ou have had a good laugh today at my expense. Glad I could help you out today. God does say laughter is the best medicine and I am a strong believer in that!

So when you seen an ant sometime, think of me and smile!! LOL :0)

I hate bugs. I always freak out when they come in the house. What kind of any traps do you have? I've never heard of those.

Hope today will be much better for you. I'll be singing... The ants go marching one by one hoorah, hoorah : )
