How long has it been?

Where does the time go? Honestly? The summer is almost over and I want it to last much longer.

Since it has been so long since I have posted last( I know over a month) I thought I would give some highlights and then post a block of pics so you can see how our little man is growing.

~ Landon's had ear surgery and it went great, he is doing very well.

~ We celebrated the night before 4th of July with some friends and Landon fell asleep at the fireworks.

~ On the 4th, my hubby and I went with our friends the Allen's on a last minute Cedar Point trip. WHAT A BLAST. It is the first time in a long time the 4 of us have been together without some kids. We spend the whole day at the park and rode many rides. The dragster was one of them. A MUST ride if you go to C.P. So much fun.

~ Little Man had swimming lessons for 2 weeks. He did alright. First couple of days, he pretty much cried the whole time. But not loving water or even tolerating it, is not an option in my book. He did well and I think he actually enjoyed it by the end of the 2 weeks. He was the youngest in the class. We will try it again next year. He did end of leaning into my arms off the wall by the end of the 2 weeks and liked that.

~ Our wireless Internet went down(which is one of the reason I have not posted) Total bummer and still waiting to get it fixed, hopefully tonight. Right Nathan? :0)

~ Landon, Aunt Michele and I went blueberry and raspberry picking. What fun. It was at the same location we got the strawberries. We left early in the morning and were there for about 2 1/2 hours. good morning and nice weather.

~ My sister and I decided on a Monday to have a yard sale on that Friday and Saturday. It went well. WE both made money and got to be outside and got rid of a bunch of junk.

~Little Man is GROWING AND GROWING. He is 11 months today. I can not believe that he is almost 1 year old. His personality is coming out. He loves to smile and has a mischievous smile. He has 4 teeth and a couple more working their way in. It has made for some not fun times, but such is the life of a little one. We found out he LOVES to be outside and cares less about eating dirt or getting dirt all over him. It is great.

~We are gearing up to start student ministries up again. Have had a few meetings with the leaders to get that planned. This weekend, we have our 1st lock-in. So if you think of us, pray for us, up all night!!

~That I think about covers it. Life does seem to go by fast, even more so as we have Little man!! It is always fun and full of adventures. Hope you enjoy your adventure today!
