Surgery... Standing up...Lake fun

On Tuesday, the 17th, Little man will have tubes put in his ears. He started having ear infections in March and has had 5 since then. After a long 3 months, we were sent to a ENT doctor and he scheduled the surgery tomorrow. Hopefully it will go alright. I have not really thought much about it, my big concern is how Little man will do tomorrow morning. He can not eat after midnight and his surgery is not until 9:30am. SO it will be a long time before he can eat. He normally eats breakfast at 7am, so hopefully he will be able to make it. Pray his surgery goes well and the tubes will keep him from getting anymore ear infections.

Today, Little man was in his pack n play and I was in the other room, he was crying so hard, so I came into the living room where he is and he was standing up in his crib. I was shocked and so excited. Wes was watching Little man tonight and he saw him pull himself up to the couch.
We can't believe how fast he is growing and everyday he is doing something new.
We really enjoy him!!

This past weekend, Wes' nephew had a birthday party at a lake. It was nice to hang out with the family and also be outside. Little man really enjoys being outside and watching other kids. We have not put him in the water yet, but we hope he likes it. One day soon we will!

My parents came up for the weekend, with Father's day. My husband, dad, FIL and a friend of my husband's went to the NAscar race. They had a ton of fun. We decided since Wes and I have drivers we like, that Little man needs to have a driver for himself. We picked Dale Earnhardt Jr., he changed owners this year and has a new number and sponsors. Cool thing is, Jr won his first race yesterday in almost 2 years, and he won @ MIS. Very exciting.
