6 months

GO Hawkeyes!!

My little sweater.
Sitting up, I am a big boy now.

Where has the time gone. Before I had little man, the time went fast and I knew that, but the weeks and months just went by without even realizing it. Now that we have little man, oh my goodness the time goes even fast and I am aware of how fast the weeks and months go by.
It has been 6 wonderful months that we have had little man in our lives. He is a total joy and brings us much happiness. Not sure how we went so long without him and what we did with our time. We praise the Lord for our little man and the time we have had him.


Little man is 6 months old and we took him in for his checkup. He now weighs 17 lbs 12oz, he is 28 1/4 inches long. Long boy, his weight has kind of leveled out. The dr was checking over Little man to make sure all was well and asked if he had been feeling well. i said yes, no problems, he has been a little more cranky then usual and couple nights have been rough sleeping wise. But really he is alright. She told me that he had an ear infection in the left ear and the right ear. She gave me a prescription that will hopefully take care of both ear infections.
I feel bad, but had no idea that little man had an ear infection. So now I will just have to watch to see if he will get another one and watch for some signs.

We went and purchased a new car seat for little man. We have had it in the living room an he loves sitting in it, so hopefully he will like it when it is in the car.


Little man now sits up on his own, is rolling over and over and talks non-stop. He loves making noise. He likes to scream so we are having to figure out how we will deal with him on that. We can tell that the fun part is coming up.

Wanted to give you an update on our little man. We continue to thank the Lord for blessing us with this little guy and all the joy he has brought into our lives.
