Don't worry, nothing is wrong with his face, it is just the distortion of the mirror. ;P
Little man is now 5 months old. He continues to amaze Wes and I. He just loves to smile, he is always willing to give anyone a smile(as long as he is not sleepy), he is using his jumper that he got for Christmas, jump jumpin' away, He jabbers a lot throughout the day. Last he was weighed he was 17 lbs. He is a growing boy. He ROLLED over for the first time last week. It was very exciting!!! Wes was home to see it and we were both so happy and excitied!!!
Little man sucks on EVERYTHING!! He likes to put things in his mouth and drools onto everything. We are not sure if he is teething yet or not, we have not seen any little teeth yet, but the drool would say possibly. ;o)
He continues to bring joy and happiness into our lives. It is the greatest sound in the world to be woken up in the morning when you hear your little one laughing and talking in his crib. Even when I don't feel like getting out of bed to get up for the day, I can't wait to go see my little man. I know that he will be even more excited to see me then I am him. When he sees me or Wes, his eyes light up and his arms and feet just get a movin'and he gets louder or talks. It is just brings joy to my heart and all is forgotten.
We have started feeding him more them just ceral. We have tried him on peas(which I have not found out are not good to start with), he seems to be alright with the peas, then we tried sweet potatoes. Oh man, he can't seem to get enough of those. so that is a good thing.
He is growing so much, the little hooded towels from the store don't work anymore, so I made a hooded towel for him. He is much warmer in it and drying off is not so bad after a bath.

Wow Jodi, I can't believe how big he's getting. It goes too fast! My kids love peas, just give him a couple more times :o) He'll be eating everything in sight before you know it. I wish I could see him in person and give those cheeks a little squeeze. Hang in there and enjoy each day with him!!

Where did you get that little mirror that Landon is looking in? Jacob loves looking in the mirror but I haven't seen one that he can really play with. Any ideas?
He is so cute and growing fast. Art walked in and saw his picture and said he was a little Mark!! I think the pic of him in the towel looks like Sarah.
