Crib update

Here is the response we got from the company regarding our crib. I emailed them back with pictures and the correct part name. Still have not heard anything, but wanted to keep you updated. As if anyone cares. I just find it funny that they don't think there is a flaw. Oh well, hopefully they will just send us the parts. :) time will tell.

Dear Million Dollar Baby Consumer,
Would you be able to send us pictures of the bracket rails and the rail shoes? We would like to keep records on the defects of these parts, if any.
If you cannot provide us with pictures of these pieces, please give us the name of the parts as it is labeled in the instruction manual. This is to avoid any possible confusion on the parts requested.
We will proceed with your request as soon as we receive this information.
