After we left Adrian we drove to Toledo to eat. When we go out with A/B we like to try new places to eat and since we had never been to Toldeo before there were many places to try. We settled on "The Elephant Bar". This place was so cool, It has a bunch of al pictures and cool decor. Very awesome. We got the menu and there was so much to choose from. The guys decided on Shrimp plates and Us girls got 2 differnt Chinese dishes. Yum YUM. It was great food and for dessert, we got the big cookie ice cream. YUM YUM. We then went to find out way over to the TOLEDO STORM Hockey rink. it took us a while to figure our way around and we got lost and took the wrong exit, but we made it in time to the game, right before it started.
We got to sit on the front row. We were on the Glass(well, it was plexy glass). It was so cool!!!!! And the glass was not too high, so the guys were able to just reach right over and put thier hands in the rink. Funny, but could be dangerous with our guys. ;0)
So the game started and it was exciting. I don't think we were very far into the game before a fight broke out in the center ice. OH man EXCITING!!!! Everyone sreaming and haulering!!! The guys circle and then off come the gloves and "Pow" "Biff" BAM. so cool. Bloody noses. It was great!! The guys loved it. those 2 players got penalty.
Little later in the game a fit broke out right in front of us. It was so cool. It was a little player fighting a tall guy, but the little guy won. It was awesome. Very good fit, how could it not be with you in the front row watching it!!! ther were quite a few fights at this game. It was fun!
When the toledo storm scoredthe first goal, someone threw an octopus out on the ice. Gross Gross, this kid had to come and pick it up, and it swings it around. Pretty cool. then the 2nd goal by the Storm another Octopus was through out, this time though, IT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!!

There were some more goals and more fights, bunch of players were kicked off the ice, becuase it got to bad, and one guy hit the ref, (on accident). It was a great minor league hockey game.
The Toldeo Storm won. Then we headed home.
Wes had a great time and we totally enjoyed the time with our friends!!! Wes said it was a great birthday, which I was glad to hear. ;0)
if you get a chance to go to a Men's Minor league hockey game, you have to go. they are so much fun and they fight a lot more then in the NHL.

The octopus thing is unbelievable, discusting, HOW in the world did they sneek those things into the game? Do you remember when we wnet to Rocky Point and you, Joe & Tina found baby ones....
