Jeep Rides

Well, it was a great weekend. Wes and I left Friday night and headed up north, to the fun Inn we like to stay in and then on Saturday we were planning on going on a jeep ride on the Silver Lake Dunes. If you remember right, we tried this trip back in April for our aniversary, but the Jeep rental place was not open, so we took a rainchekc. Well, this weekend was our raincheck. Booked the Jeep and were totally ready to go. It was perfect weather, WARM,HOT and clear skies!! Couldn't ask for a better day to ride the dunes in a open jeep for 2 hours!! OH yes, that is what I am talking about.

Here are some pictures from our ride. :-)

HeeHee! Are you thinking, I put the wrong pictures in. Nope, you don't need to refresh your link, this was our jeep ride. Let me tell you the story!! :0)
We went to leave to go get something to eat on Saturday morning, right before we had to leave to go to the Dunes. As I was putting a bag in the car, I got this excruciating pain in my abdomin. Excruciating pain is the only way to discribe it. I got in the car as fast as I could and just pulled my knees up, hoping that would get rid of the pain. I had had some pain like this earlier in the week, but just thought it was a bad poop pain or something like that. :) So we went to go get something to eat, cuz i did not want to be late for our ride. Well, the pain kept getting worse. I thought, well I am hungry, we will eat and see how I am doing after that. Well, as we are in Pizza Hut, I was leaning forward, and we ordered pizza and breadsticks, and I only ate a quarter of the breadstick and NO PIZZA. I was in a lot of pain. Se we decided to leave, and I had Wes call my dadto see if he could help us out. Well, because of my pain level, it was on a scale of 1-10, my pains was a 7 and a 9 at times. So my dad said, "Go to the hospital!" We had to cancel our ride on the dunes. Man, that is twice now we have not been able to do this dune ride. What in the world.
We arrive to the first hospital we could find and go inside and get all checked in and blah, blah, blah. Finally, the dr. after a much painful exam thinks or figured out that I had a ruptured oviarn cyst. NOT FUN LET ME TELL YOU THAT!!!!
ANyways, he gave me a shot of Demeral and we left the hospital. I was in no pain after about 30 mins and we were on our way home. I was feeling GOOD. If you know what I mean.
I was pretty much out of it the rest of the day. My husband was so wonderful to me and so worried and he took great care of me!!
I am fine now. No more pain or anything. Totally bummed that we did not get to go on our jeep ride again, but oh well.
Maybe one day, we will get to go and I can show you real pictures of the dunes and jeep ride.
Have a great day. :0)
