HOCKEY!!

Oh YEA!!! Last night a friend and I went to a Detroit Red Wings hockey Game!! It was a total blast!! We got there late due to contruction that we did not know about. So we missed the whole first period, which ended up being fine. We got to the Joe and found our seats and had to hike up to them. It was funny! SO we get to our seats and realized that the first period was over so we had to wait for the time in between. Oh well. We needed to catch our breathe. So when the 2nd period started it was cool!! Here is a picture of the puck drop.

So the game is going on and in the second period all of a sudden in the center ice there was this FIGHT! There were tow players that started fighting. It was AWESOME!! so here the 2 players are in the center ice and they are circling and throw their gloves down and then helmets come of and the sticks get thrown. IT WAS SO AWESOME!!!! It was a good fight for a hockey game. It was like having a boxing match in the middle of the ice. They were hitting each other and then would back up and then run into each other and then finally they just started POUNDING each other!! It was so great!! The refs were standing there the whole time and didn't stop it. It was so great. The crowd really liked it. It was SWEET!! :)

So the 3rd period started and the Wings had not POINTS. Beth and I were bummed, here we come to a came and the Wings don't even score ONE POINT!! Total bummer. With , I think 12-15mins left in the last period, they Wings SCORED!!! AWESOME!!! It was so sweet. the crowd goes nuts!! So then like 2 mins. later Detroit scores again. Now the game is tied with Dallas. I don't think Dallas was very happy at all. It was great though. Then with only a few minutes left, DETROIT SCORES AGAIN!!! It was so SWEET!! Could not believe that they scored in the last peiord and they won the game!!! It was great.

Beth and I really enjoyed the game. It was a total blast. Had good food, watch a great game, saw this totally sweet fight and it was an all around good night. Oh we also enjoyed our time together. It was great. We ended up taking a ton of pictures of the 2 of us wanting to make sure we got some good pictures. The one above here was funny, cuz we were laughing so very hard! It was great!!

Once the game was over, we snuck down to the seat right by the ice. It was fun. :0 ) We took our pictures next to the ice and with the zamboies. It was a very good time, if you did not catch that.

Well, tonight I go get my sister from the airport and then we will head out to Ohio tomorrow for our friend Stacy's wedding. Should be fun. I got my dress back today. Did I tell you it is strapless? I have never worn strapless before. I feel very uncomfortable in it. So I was telling the lady who does my dress fitting that I was thining about getting 2-sided tape to stick. She told me to go to the Bridal shop and get some tape. So I did. We will see what happens. You will hear all about the wedding and the fun sometime next week.

Pray for my husband as he will not have me with him for like 5 days. His family and our friends will take good care of him i am sure. Oh yes, pray for my sister's husband to he is being left with 4 kids. :)
